I have found your post very significant and I have chosen it to comment on because I have the same impression and feelings as you.
You are right; we have created a huge amount of work projects that maybe have been great. However, we have not had the possibility of applying them to a real context. It is true that when we are in our practice time at schools we can put the theory into practice but it is not always easy. We have to adapt to the pace of the class and the book and sometimes we do not have enough time to carry out some projects that could be interesting for them.
Due to this reason, this is a great opportunity to apply our project and ideas to real pupils! It is very exciting and challenging. I guess it could be great if it could be done since the first year of the degree (maybe it could be a proposal for our collages in previous years).
I strongly feel that this workshop will be amazing and we all are going to enjoy this lesson because not only pupils are going to learn and experience something different to what they are used to, but also we are going to put the theory into practice with them!
